St. Joseph Regional Medical Center's CEO to resign
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The leader of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in northern Indiana plans to resign.
The South Bend Tribune reports President and CEO Nancy Hellyer will remain in her position until Feb. 1. A statement from the center cited "recent changes in her personal life" in her resignation.
Hellyer will continue working on the move of the hospital from South Bend to Mishawaka. She also will work with new interim President Tom Reitinger to find her replacement. He joins the hospital Monday.
